Prime Law has represented numerous commercial clients, real estate developers, home builders, and homeowners in applications for site plan and subdivision approval, variance proceedings, and other matters related to zoning and land use issues throughout the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Prime Law has represented Wawa, Inc., a regional convenience store chain, for over 30 years and has obtained many approvals for store remodels and for the latest Wawa “superstores” with the sale of gasoline.

The firm has obtained land use approvals on behalf of developers for shopping centers and pad sites for drugstore chains, including CVS and Rite-Aid; restaurants, including Outback Steakhouse, Dunkin’Donuts, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Boston Market, Starbucks, and Chick Fil-A; as well as other commercial real estate uses including banks and financial institutions such as Columbia Bank and Liberty Bell Bank, retail stores including LL Bean, Wal-Mart, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, and storage facilities for Public Storage, Extra Space storage and Safe N Sound storage.

Prime Law has also represented local municipalities and is currently Township Attorney for Mount Laurel Township and Medford Township as well as Planning Board Attorney for Bordentown City and Woodland Township in Burlington County.

In addition, Prime Law has also represented residential home builders on various projects, including Beazer Homes, Pulte Homes, DR Horton, DeLuca Homes and Bob Meyer Communities, Inc., throughout the region.  The firm has assisted many places of worship in seeking necessary land use approvals to build new or expanded facilities, including the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, St Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church, St Peters Episcopal Church, Come Alive New Testament Church, Fellowship Baptist Church, Maranatha Tabernacle Church, the Indian (Hindu) Cultural Center, and Sovereign Grace Church.

Prime Law has also represented a number of national oil companies with reference to approvals to remodel local service stations, as well as a variety of other real estate projects including office buildings, furniture stores, auto body shops, warehouses, commercial nurseries and other industrial and commercial buildings and uses.
