Ms. Szymborski has been an associate with the firm since 2015. She focuses her practice on all aspects of land use and zoning law, including the representation of commercial clients and real estate developers in applications for site plan and subdivision approval, as well as variance proceedings. Additionally, Ms. Szymborski works in conjunction with the other attorneys in the office in the representation of individual municipalities of the State of New Jersey in the firm’s capacity as municipal solicitor, as well as the representation of several municipal land use boards in the firm’s capacity as board solicitor.

Prior to joining Prime Law, Ms. Szymborski worked in a small firm in Center City Philadelphia where she gained vast litigation experience; having spent most of her days in the court room representing individuals in landlord/tenant, code enforcement and small claims matters.
